, a Spanish-based charcuterie and meat snack manufacturing company, requires the services of a Production Line Employee.
Production Line employees are responsible for the raw material processing and first stages of production including the grinding of raw meats, mixing of spice blends, stuffing of sausages and preparation of other products.
Job Responsibilities Operate, load and off-load production equipment including industrial meat grinders, mixers, stuffing machines and other equipment.
Handle and manipulate large quantities of raw meats in preparation for processing Clean and sanitize the production area after day-to-day operations as well as other areas of the facility and equipment as necessary.
Safely use facility equipment to facilitate movement of materials and products (pallet jack, etc.
) Assist the Production Supervisor as necessary with routine tasks such as inventory, preparing orders for shipment, etc.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High-School Diploma / GED Good organization & attention to detail skills Must possess basic mathematical and literacy skills Ability to lift 50lbs Desirable
Qualifications:
Experience in a Food-Processing and/or Manufacturing Environment Mechanical aptitude
